Analysis and supported files
From your card file to a clear analysis.
What counts as one analysis?
One new driver card or tachograph file, with a full report: activities, infringements, events and technical data. Uploading an identical file to the same account does not use another analysis if the earlier record still exists. Comparing previously analysed card and tachograph files is included.
Which files do you support?
Files downloaded from driver cards and digital or smart tachographs (first and second generation, including G2V2) in a format compliant with Regulation 2016/799: .DDD, .ESM, .C1B, .V1B, .TGD.
What period does the analysis cover?
By default, the entire available record. You can select the last 56 days or a start date. The period required during an inspection and the data available in the file are different things. Missing data and uncertain period boundaries need clarification; selecting a filter does not confirm completeness.
Is there a mobile app?
Driver Assist on your phone shows ITS LIVE counters and lets you download and share DDD files. Requirements and available releases are on the Driver Assist page. You can also use analyses and reports in your phone's browser.
Purchases and payments

What happens to unused analyses?
Purchased analyses are valid for 12 months from payment confirmation. A subsequent confirmed purchase adds the purchased analyses to your balance and renews all unused, unexpired analyses for 12 calendar months from that payment's confirmation. Pending, cancelled or unpaid purchases do not extend validity. Expired analyses are not restored. Longer validity periods and unlimited-duration access are not shortened. This is not an automatic subscription or a further charge. Check expiry dates in your account panel.
Do you issue VAT invoices?

How can I pay?
Payments are handled exclusively by Tpay. The provider displays available payment methods, such as BLIK, bank transfer or card. Analyses are added to your balance once payment is received. Packages do not renew automatically.
Data, security and results
What the result shows and how we handle data.
Is my data secure?
The connection is encrypted, and accessing your reports requires signing in. The server keeps only the 5 most recently sent DDD files and deletes any file not used for 3 months automatically; analysis results and reports are available for up to 12 months after analysis and can be deleted earlier. Never share your account password.
Does DDDStart replace the file archive required by law?
No. We keep only the 5 most recently sent files, each for up to 3 months after its last use, so keep your DDD files on your own device as well. Reports and results are available for up to 12 months after analysis, unless deleted earlier.
Is the estimated fine binding?
No. It is an estimate based on the Polish Road Transport Act's penalty schedule. An inspection authority may classify an infringement differently, for example by taking Article 12 of Regulation 561/2006 into account. Inspections abroad are governed by the relevant country's rules; we do not estimate those penalties.
Can I see the workshop technicians' details?
No. Names and workshop and control card numbers are masked when the file is read. You only see that a workshop or control card was used at a given time.
