VDO DTCO 4.1a / 4.1b with firmware 4140 or later and Stoneridge SE5000 Smart 2 are compatible with Driver Assist.

How do I analyse a DDD file?

Sign in, add a file from your own card or tachograph and start the analysis. The result and PDF report will be available in your account.

Do Bluetooth and LIVE work on the website?

Bluetooth and LIVE use the app and a compatible tachograph. Check available releases on the app page; the website is for file analysis and reports.

Is an analysis package a subscription?

No. It is a one-off purchase, and analyses are valid for 12 months. Driver Assist in the app has a separate monthly subscription.

How long do you keep files and reports?

The server keeps the 5 most recently sent DDD files; older ones are deleted automatically, as is any file not used for 3 months, so keep your own copy. Reports are available for up to 12 months after analysis and can be deleted earlier.
